A LETTER TO OUR HRA FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND ALUMNI...
Huron Rowing would not be possible without the generous support of our friends, families, and the greater Ann Arbor community. Thanks to the commitment of many, we have been able to race successfully season after season. But, as you are well aware, much goes into providing a safe, competitive and rewarding rowing experience for our rowers.
With rowing comes many operational costs, equipment repairs, purchases and much more. Many times, club assessment dues will allow us the ability to maintain our fleet, but as we grow and battle boat depreciation those costs quickly climb. This leaves Huron Rowing in a position to fundraise and apply for community/corporate grant programs to fund eventual replacement of boat shells and equipment.
So, while your time with Huron Rowing has come to a close, we hope you will consider offering continued support to the next generation of River Rats and their rowing experience. Please take a look at our 2024 Spring Season Schedule, and let us know if you are in the area. We would love to have you come out and support us on the race course!
