*Note - There will be no practice the week of June 28th - July 5th
Morning Sessions: 7:00am - 9:00am
We will be offering sculling and sweep rowing. This is a more intermediate to advanced session. Boating will rely on numbers at practice and coxing availability. Any returning rower can attend this session, but coaching efforts will be primarily focused on improving speed on the water.
Evening Sessions: 5:00pm - 7:00pm
We will be offering sculling and sweep rowing. The afternoon sessions will be more focused on learning how to scull and increasing technical abilities while rowing.
Erging Sessions: 4:00pm-5:00pm
Will be held Monday's & Wednesday's and will be open to anyone.
